The buffet salad bar was refreshed frequently and salads were tasty & fresh, delicious deserts available for any individual, there was even gluten free options! Staff were polite and cleared the table consistently throughout the enjoyable experience! :)
A group of my friends have been meeting here every three months for at least 15 years. On Wednesday 31st August we were met and served by a young man who was the manager that particular day, he gave us the most exceptional service and made our day very special and made us feel special. Thank you.
200g Rumpsteak + all you can eat and drink for 33$ .. Thanks to the chef! Wanted my steak medium-rare and it was cooked just perfect!! (Could have had Better quality of beef) but that doesn't Change anything .. Salad bar was good! Soup could be hotter but had a good taste. Dessert station is nice. Will come back again!
It took a while to get the steak and when it came it was cold. It also had a fair number of tendons or other rubbery bits. The taste wasn't good either. The place was busy and the staff seemed confused - several people got something different from what they ordered. For all you can eat pasta and salad the price is reasonable, but they emphasize quantity, not quality. The broccoli tasted slightly mouldy, it had probably been standing in that water bath for the whole day.
Sizzler has interesting facts - Why are Pubs called Hotels in Australia? A pub, short for Public House, is an establishment whose main function is to serve alcohol, mostly beer. Also known as an Ale house or Tavern. The reason for this is that until recently, in Australia (late 1980s), pubs were forced, by the liquor laws, to provide accommodation and so were accurately called hotels.
