As the new owners since December 2007, we pride ourselves on the amount of space we can offer you as we have exceptionally large self contained apartments and suites. Outside of our building we have even more space for you to escape, either for a swim in our large sparkling swimming pool or a game of tennis on our full size tennis court. Fast speed Wireless Broadband and Austar has now been installed throughout the property. The Clifford Park Holiday Motor Inn caters for all budgets and is suitable for singles, couples, families or even large groups. With a total of 21 self contained apartments and motel units available to our guests, there are many 1, 2 or 3 bedroom options from which to choose. We have 14 self contained apartments and 7 motel units that will suit the needs of all discerning guests. All apartments have different bedding configurations, some can even accommodate up to 7-8 persons, and all have full kitchens.
